Stuffed up by surgery. Atrophy and told no weights. Swimming n running after six months from when wound heals. That's August. Any ideas anyone? Anyone been there? *

Been where?? Surgery?? When u heal don't isolate your abs i.e sit ups. They will gradually get stronger and recover by activitys that demand your stabilising muscles to contract and err...stabilise lol your core muscles i.e abs ect. Swimming, light running aka jogging are good choices nod.GIF *
